"Se Frisce Quaratine": a celebration of traditional flavors during Christmas in Corato

A journey through flavor, tradition, and live music to celebrate Puglia's Christmas traditions.

On December 21st and 22nd, Corato transforms into the beating heart of Puglia's gastronomic tradition with “Se Frisce Quaratine” , a unique event dedicated to the fried delicacies that have enriched Christmas tables for generations.

In Piazza Cesare Battisti , starting at 7:00 PM, the festival combines the authentic flavors of Puglia's traditional dishes with the magical atmosphere of the holidays. Two unmissable evenings of unmistakable flavors, live music, and conviviality.

The first evening will be animated by the driving rhythms of Vale de Luna and the Lunatici , while on December 22nd the square will light up with the engaging melodies of Music Flow .

The event is part of the "Incanto" and is organized in collaboration with the Municipality of Corato, the Puglia Region, the Bari Chamber of Commerce, Confcommercio Bari-Bat and the Gal Le Città di Castel del Monte.
