The fifth edition of the Chocolate Festival returns. A heart of cocoa in the heart of Bari
Also this year, to the delight of those with a sweet tooth, the “ National Chocolate Festivals ” will once again stop in Bari !
Italy's most famous gastronomic format will be present from Friday 10th to Sunday 12th November , with chocolate masters who will delight citizens and tourists with their wonderful chocolate sculptures, rigorously handcrafted and made from highly prized raw materials.
It will take place in Piazza Umberto I , between the central Via Sparano (the most famous shopping street) and Bari Central Station, with interesting stands where you will find truly everything: shoes, work tools, dolls, paintings, objects and shapes of all kinds, all made exclusively in the form of chocolate.
The event brings together Master Chocolatiers from various Italian regions to present regional delicacies of artisanal chocolate , an Italian excellence, through a selection of products ranging from refined pralines to spiced chocolates, gianduiotto and even chocolate with liqueurs and dried fruit.
During the three-day event, visitors will be able to enjoy entertainment provided by the Amaltea Eventi group of Bari , participate in free educational workshops open to all children, and participate in Choco Play . Tourists will also have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the tradition of Italian chocolate and savor the sweet delights that only genuine cocoa can provide.
It is important to remember that the initiative aims to spread the true culture of conscious and responsible consumption of wholesome foods, especially among younger generations.
