"Bed and Breakfast – From Hospitality to Profit" is a training event organized by AETB Confcommercio Bari-bat and ValoreCASA Immobiliare . It is aimed at those who manage bed and breakfasts, guest houses, and other accommodations , as well as those who wish to launch a structured and sustainable hospitality business. The event will compare experiences, regulatory aspects, and operational strategies, offering a comprehensive overview of how to transform hospitality into a solid and sustainable business venture. The event will address practical and technical issues related to managing a bed and breakfast: from regulatory and bureaucratic analysis to prospects for the other-hotel sector, and strategies for improving energy efficiency and reducing operating costs. This exchange of real-world experiences and professional expertise is designed to offer a clear, up-to-date, and concrete vision of the sector.
Territorial Marketing as a lever to stimulate interest and multiply arrivals
Among the event's central themes, particular attention will be given to Destination Marketing and tourist flows , understood as fundamental tools for stimulating interest in Bari and increasing arrivals.
