Bari's southernmost coast: seaside venues and open-air music
There is an area of the Bari seafront , going south after the beaches of Pane e Pomodoro and Torre Quetta (towards San Giorgio), which in recent years has begun to be a destination for many young people from Bari.
This is thanks to the emergence of several seaside venues where you can enjoy an aperitif or a drink accompanied by good music.
These open-air venues are open from late afternoon until late at night, but as you might imagine, they're mostly open in the summer, being so close to the sea, so it's practically difficult, if not impossible, to find them open in the winter.
However, it is also right to point out this area which, even if not exactly within easy reach as it is far from the centre of Bari , is still worth visiting if you are here between June and September.
The venues are diverse and far apart, but each has its own identity, its own cocktails , and its own music . In short, if you're looking for an evening away from the usual pizzerias and restaurants, this area is perfect for you.
