Another opportunity to discover Bari and its surroundings through TV: "Storia di una famiglia perbene" arrives on Canale 5
The Bari area continues to attract the attention of Italian and international actors and directors.
After the undeniable successes of "The Life Ahead," broadcast on Netflix and starring the stunning Sophia Loren , "The Investigations of Lolita Lobosco," and recently "Up to the Last Heartbeat ," all films and TV series shot in and around Bari , it's now the turn of "Story of a Respectable Family ," a television series inspired by the novel by Bari-born writer Rosa Ventrella, which will air in prime time on Canale5 starting Wednesday, November 3rd.
The film will be set primarily in 1980s-era Bari Polignano a Mare , the evocative Monopoli , the characteristic Conversano , as well as Ostuni (the white city of the Itria Valley ) and Fasano in the province of Brindisi.
Once again, Puglia takes center stage on TV, a wonderful opportunity to begin admiring some of the magnificent beauties of this highly sought-after region.
