The climate in Bari

We were talking about the Mediterranean climate , well yes, thanks to this climate Bari often enjoys favorable atmospheric conditions which mean that winters are not very cold and summers are very hot.

Being a seaside city, there is a certain amount of humidity (sometimes you notice it more, sometimes less), but this is certainly one of the most irrelevant aspects of your trip.

But back to us; visiting this city is a pleasure no matter what time of year you choose, but if you really need advice on the best times to visit Bari, you really have a wide choice.
For example, you could choose between April and October , giving you a full seven months to enjoy Bari and its surroundings.

It goes without saying, of course, that if your goal is to combine the city with a few hours at the beach , including a tan, the ideal period is from June to September , although lately there are people who don't give up the beach even when September is drawing to a close (that's the beauty of living in a city like Bari).

The heat often lasts far longer than expected, which means that the real winter in Puglia basically begins around November.
If you're planning on visiting Bari around Christmas , don't worry. Even during the Christmas period (oddly enough), the weather rarely prevents a visit to the city. In short, the climate is acceptable (we're talking about temperatures ranging between 10° and 15°).

Perhaps the coldest periods of the year are January and February, but from mid-March onwards we can't complain, sunny days alternate with rainy ones (this is definitely true) but fortunately the bad days in Bari last very little.
