Forestry festival in Corato: an evening of taste and tradition in the heart of the ancient village

Corato prepares to celebrate one of the most loved symbols of Apulian cuisine: the ears! ear festival is staged , an event not to be missed for those who want to experience the authentic taste of the local tradition between perfumes, music and conviviality.

The evening is part of the program of the "The first Vera Fest" , promoted by the Gal "The cities of Castel del Monte" with the support of the Municipality of Corato and Confcommercio.

For the occasion, the historic center will be transformed into a real path of taste , with 18 food stands ready to delight the palate with orecchiette in each variant: from classic condiments to the most creative reinterpretations, always respecting tradition.

The tasting ticket , which can be purchased directly on site at a cost of 7 euros, includes a plate of orecchiette and a glass of local wine . A perfect opportunity to discover the flavors of Puglia in a welcoming and authentic context.

But it does not end here: the party will continue with live music in two historic squares of the city ! In Piazza Sedile , the overwhelming energy of the Paipers will make the public dance at the rhythm of the timeless 60s. In Piazza di Vagno Denny Music will instead animate the evening with the great Italian and international successes.
